Placed an order on November 28th customer services keeps saying track your order using this number and it is still showing as not even posted yet. Complete scan and no response to my request for my money back. Request number 48285 if you want to get back to me.
Also. As you can now see from their reply below they don’t actually know their own systems either. The request number I provided is the number they gave me whilst dealing with my complaint yet they have come back saying they can’t find that order number and to email. That isn’t my order number! And I’ll still be stuck in the same vicious circle with no one replying to that email either.

Update 2: I'm MAD because they are unprofessional! I did NOT receive my item yet, the tracking number they gave me here on trustpilot it's a completely different!! I only got an e-mail with a different tracking number: UF560301616YP (China shipping to my Italy, my country), while the person who replied me here had the guts to "assure me" they delivered to LX202997173US (US shipping to UK). These people are totally unreliable.
Update: They contacted me the 5th of November with their e-mail saying it would take longer (about 8-15 business days), I'll wait, but as usual they promise the tracking number that I will probably never see.
Fun fact: the transaction doesn't go to "Ocen Project", but it goes to "Sp*Turtle Trails Phoenix"
I ordered a necklace the 9th October 2020.
It says it takes 3-10 business days to process your order and 8-12 Days days for shipping time... It's already the end of October and didn't get any news about the product or tracking number as they promised! Saddens me to read others got scammed or got an item that wasn't as expected! It looked genuine to me when I ordered, but now I doubt I will ever see my money back... In fact there is no Paypal system in there.

Amazing customer support, but lengthy wait for my purchase to arrive in South Africa. Still in transit I am told and the excuse is covid. What a pity as such a great cause and the reason I bought two chains. Really hoping I dont have to wait another few weeks. Kind regards Ant

Ok. Well not too sure how long it took any or everyone else to get there's. It's been three weeks I bought my wife's Sea turtle necklace and still haven't received it.

I first ordered a shark necklace and my order got confused and they sent me a turtle necklace but I love it so much I ordered 2 bracelets and another turtle necklace ...... I love my necklace and so do the rest of our family ! Thank You so very much
I bought the sea turtle and the bracelet with the whale tale for my daughters birthday. She loved them both. They are beautiful.

Ordered on December 13 and paid for faster shipping time get it by Christmas.
After a few days with no update or tracking info, I emailed CS and told them if it wouldn't arrive by Christmas, I'd need to cancel.
Almost a week later, they finally respond blaming covid for delays.
By January 5th when I still hadn't received any update, I let the know I'd be disputing with the bank (which I did). The next day, they finally sent me the tracking info, and I told them not to bother since they were supposed to be Christmas presents for family members who live in a different state.
Meanwhile, a quick google search also revealed that they don't track animals at all, nor do they donate anything to any nonprofits.
I got these for my children, and they absolutely love them. They instantly went and tracked the animal they are now following, its one shark and one turtle. They are telling anyone and everyone all the details of these animals. Also these are great gift ideas. Thank you guys for this opportunity my children now get to experience.
Great gift! Took longer to get because of covid but not companies fault. My son loves that he has a shark he can follow. I rated 4 stars only because I had a lack of communication and no tracking info on the item coming to me but overall satisfied and happy to support a good cause.
I ordered items from them 21 November and I have still not received my order. Sent numerous email but only had 1 back and that was of no good really. Very disappointed as these were Xmas presents for my daughter. Also when checking the two different lots of tracking one says its in Switzerland and the other says that a label has not been created for that item yet in the US. So ????????♀️
